Our founder brings over twenty‑five years of senior leadership experience across the UK, Middle East, and Southeast Asia, including the privilege of leading international schools serving royal families. This global journey revealed a consistent truth: schools rarely lack vision — they lack the leadership capacity, contextual intelligence, and evidence‑based tools required to turn that vision into lasting improvement.

Rooted in this insight, MRIS was established in Dubai to support schools across the GCC with high‑quality, culturally attuned advisory services. Our work spans leadership development, school improvement, strategic planning, and the integration of innovative wellbeing technologies such as Phase Space VR.
